The project aims to develop a database of livestock feeding practices vis-a-vis milk production animal health reproduction and economics. Feeding trials were conducted on 16 cross breed, 6 Kankrej cows and 16 buffaloes at the Zamp Farm in Ahmedabad district.

Understand broad patterns of Evaluation & Structure in crop ruminants system in LAC (LATin Amreica), SSA & Asia.
Identify planning & policy interventions that enhance opportunities for smallholder producers.
Develop new analytical methods and models that combine GIS & survey data.
Better identify rec. domains for feed/livestock tech. now with market access, infrastructure and farmer resources.
